How the order process works?

Custom team jerseys order can be placed on website by selecting required design, quantity and entering Size-Name-Number for each player in the textbox.
After the order is placed, customer gets an order number for example ‘TSS6300’. Customer can then send their team logo, team name, sponsor logos(if any) and any other customisation required and also player name number size details in excel sheet on our official Whatsapp number 9821078609 or email these details at support@thesportstuff.in
After we receive order details, our designing team will then get the mock up design ready with customer team logo, team name, sponsor logos(if any) and any other customisation of customers choice.
Only once the mock up design is approved by customer, our team will put the jerseys into production.
Once all the jerseys are ready, picture of the jersey will be shared on Whatsapp or email along with tracking information.
Standard delivery period is 10-12 business days, but in some cases we can expedite if our production team agrees for it and customer agrees to pay express shipping charges.
In some cases, wherein customer requires a mixture of half sleeves jerseys and full sleeves jerseys for eg 20 half sleeves and 3 full sleeves,then order can be placed on Whatsapp since MOQ on website is 5 and customer will not be able to place order from website.
If customer needs a specific design which is shown as round neck but customer requires same design in collar and vice versa, that can be done as well.
In case of shorts or trackpants, customer can send us sizes separately on Whatsapp or email by checking the size chart mentioned on each product page.
